Hey! Although our show still hasnt showed up on the Chop Suey official website, i went ahead an sketched out a flyer anyway!! Its kind of supposed to be my parady of a Club Pop flyer, haha but i guess thats pretty obvious ;D So heres my original sketch:  And then heres the final version! Thanks a lot to Gabe for coloring and cleaning it up!  Any suggestions / comments? Well, for one, since the show hasnt been finalised on the chop suey website, i have no idea what time they want people to show up. We may have to change the time on the flyer to 8pm. Also the show may actually be $10 instead of $8. Anyways, so besides that the one thing I'd suggest, which i kinda forgot to tell gabe, would be to add links somewhere on the flyer. like under the picture of kids get hit by buses add some text: www.myspace.com/kidsgethitbybuses or under fighter x: www.myspace.com/fighterxtreme ya know?? |

yea, we'll put some links at the bottom when we start spamming it around people's pages.
as far as i was told, the doors open at 7pm, show starts at 8pm. leeni told me it was $8. if anything changes though, it will be very easy to fix.

HAHAHAHA yeah, i think my pencil slipped when i was drawing Jack's chin or something  I think i like Jack's original tshirt design better than the final version, hehe |

that is a funny joke on the tee; i don't know why i didn't put it on the final flyer. i think i just didn't want to clutter it up with text.
anyway i'm pretty happy with how the flyer turned out too. see what happens when aaron and i work together? that reminds me, i gotta work on the next couple pages for the Insightful Comb...

hey, it looks like our show is finally on the chop suey website! although, they do not consider it to be one of the highlighted shows of the month (which they list on the home page) So anyone want to go to any shows this next and pass out flyers?? Theres a couple of shows this week at the chop suey that may have a similar audience that would be interested in our show 9/17 - Does it offend you, yeah? and Team Robespierre 9/18 - Club Pop - CASSETTE! with CHAMPAGNE CHAMPAGNE, Mad Rad + Darwin, LA Kendall, Gameboy (someone named gameboy???) |

yeah, i would actually be down for seeing does it offend you, yeah. some of their stuff seemed pretty nifty. depending on the price it could be cool. if Dylan was down for it i wouldn't mind printing out some posters and checking it out.
