Yeah it's kinda always a hoot at NWTekno. Atleast when I use to go to raves I would always go to that site and check out the upcoming ones. People who start threads make the artists seem so important haha! But hopefuly someone with fliers hits the Club Pop tonighttt!!!! Pleaseee!

Man that NWtekno add makes us sound amazing. We have a lot to live up to here! Especially Gabe now haha! OH hey!!!
Gabe, Aaron, Nick, whoever.....
If you have anything I can print out tomorrow before I head to Seattle, I will hand out fliers to people I meet in Seattle. I will be on foot, and I ALWAYS run into people I know. I won't just flier anyone, but I would love to have something in hand when I am out on the town before the show.
Let me know asap... black and white would be preferable. I'll print and cut them up before I head out.
p.s.: Did I mention that ChopSuey is one of my fave venues, and also very near and dear to my friends too... I expect a decent showing....

thanks heidi. if you want to print flyers you can just nab the main flyer from the web, put it in grayscale, and resize it to fit on a page. when i printed some i was able to fit two good sized ones per page by orienting them sideways.

oh my god aaron that post was hilarious! i hope the reason those boys haven't replied on this thread recently is because they're at club pop right now! we did go, to both actually. however; 1. i called ahead to chop suey, and asked when does it offend you yea would end. they said 11-11:30. we arrived a bit before 11:30.. and it was already over, the majority of people were gone. we handed out fliers to a few remaining people(but they seemed quite interested. "chiptunes, like with the original gameboys? SICK MAN!" guy was wearing a star trek TNG shirt too). we were pissed. i mean, when have you known a show to end on time, or early? 2. we went to club pop too, arrived a bit before 11... only to find it ended VERY late. last artist was listed at "12:15-on" and sets were looking to be like an hour and a half long maybe? we handed out fliers to the huge groups of people milling around outside, smoking, etc. quite a few people were assholes to us about it, didn't really see any hot chicks. i honestly had more luck handing them out to likeminded-looking individuals, raver kids, etc just around seattle than at the shows. sorry aaron  |

haha well thanks a lot dylan. it appears that even with all our promoting, we still had a pretty regular sized crowd, which is fine. i did actually see a lot of people that i've never seen before which is always good. if we can introduce our music to just a few new people then that's great. the show was a lot of fun. it was nice being at a real venue for once (i loved having a green room to use!), and the sound system was pretty good. the only thing i didn't like was how high the stage was; just not used to that sort of thing and i like being closer to the audience and not so put on the spot. great show though. we got some video footage that we'll post up someday...  |
