Maybe they want more channels? I myself still can't figure out why my slave Game Boys will sometimes not respond to a Game Boy I have set as master.

that and because we have outboard effects, and only want certain effects on certain channels.

when it all comes together, you'll see. it's quite a cool idea

o, as for the lsdj link not responding issue.. the best solution i found was to que up the slaved one as "waiting" before you start the other one. hell, make a short chain thats just blank that you can just leave looping, gets them synced right at the start.

That's what I normally do Dylan but for a reason I can't figure out, the slave just won't respond haha.

my general knowledge of computers and electronic devices always leads me to the first step of "turn everything off, count to 10, and turn it back on. does it work?"

almost always solves the problem, including the few times we had a problem syncing a color and a DMG

the color sounded like shit though

yeah, ive seen that game boy website before. that guys using a really outdated version of lsdj by the way. for now, you guys could record one game boy part, and then separately record the other game boy part for now (obviously then put them together in some program)
