yeah that is a good idea aaron about the acoustic set thing. i'll see if i can get brandon to contact them and ask them if they can do SOMETHING besides flaking out completly. and on the 'anus' thing.. i think you're the only one who cares aaron. how about this, if you can get THREE people to tell me they want ass to be changed to anus, i'll do it. I think having that kind of control over what people can and can't say on this forum is fucking stupid. HAHA! I have the power! And I could actually make you say anything I want if I felt like it. I could make you say, "I'm a big doody head and I stink" if I really wanted to.

fighter x is the one who loves anuses even more than i do!! god, i just heard lerin and tyler are flaking out of grassfest too!! now two bands have dropped and fighter x might be too sick to make it! oh god, this is going to be a pretty short show!! lerin says she hadnt really heard anything about grassfest for awhile, and didnt know about it soon enough to try and ask for work off, who the hell invited lerin and tyler to play?? why arent these bands being informed about the show and why didnt brandon / nick moffit tell them before the confirmed that they needed to be absolutely sure they could play, get work off, and discuss everything with every band member? didnt they know that crunchyco is paying to have shirts printed with their names forever stuck on the front? i guess we shouldnt have put these responsibilities in other peoples hands gabe

wait, people want ass changed to anus?
that's dumb as hell.
filters suck, and only end up being used for really irritating stuff. it's a path to the dark side...

Okay lets stop talking about anuses..
Actually Aaron, Brandon said he talked to Lerin about Grassfest MONTHS ago, and Nick Moffitt said he talked to her on SEVERAL occasions about it far in advance. I really don't know what she means when she says she didn't hear anything about it. It sounds like she was well informed, probably even more so than others, so she had plenty of time to get off work and prepare for the event. It should have been easy for her and Tyler because they're only two people. Pretty disappointing but there's nothing we can do about it now.
In other news, I messaged Niel from World History about why the hell they aren't playing and also about perhaps doing some kind of acoustic set or something. He replied and told me that he is having personal issues that he didn't feel comfortable sharing with me. I seriously have no clue what could possibly be so embarrassing that he can't talk about it. He sends his apologies and World History will not be playing the show.
We'll be looking tonight for maybe one band to fill time last minute.

Oookay. Updates:
World History is "history." Heh. I messaged the Edmonds band "RACKED", who had asked me previously if they could play and I told them we were already booked. Now that a spot has opened up, they might be filling it.
Lerin said she is going to try hard to get off work again. She is going to give me the final word tomorrow night. I really hope she can make it. If she can't play, the back up plan is a punk band called "A Global Killer" who would become the show's opener.

More updates:
RACKED said they could not play because one of their members is attending a funeral. Sucky.
Anyways, I guess it's looking pretty good for this "A Global Killer" band. They really sounded interested in playing and they said they would be happy to open. Hopefully Lerin can play too and then we'd still have a 12 band line-up.

HAHA! I have the power! And I could actually make you say anything I want if I felt like it. I could make you say, "I'm a big doody head and I stink" if I really wanted to. I'm a big doody head and I stink. meh, we can all sorta do it. Truthfully, I'm not overly disappointed about World History. I've seen them before and I didn't like it much at all. I'm pretty sure they dropped because they're playing carousel fest this weekend instead. Irony. RACKED said they could not play because one of their members is attending a funeral. Sucky. Haha he certainly is. I find that personally hilarious. Not the funeral, just that they can't play. I think it'll be a good show regardless. I'm excited!

Dylan, since you're helping out with stuff I'd say show up sometime between 12 and 1 if you can. You too Evan if you're reading this.
and I've got an update on the line-up. The band I was talking to "A Global Killer" apparently also can't make the show now, BUT the same guy has a different band called "Squirrel Corpse" who has agreed to play and will now be opening the show. He described it as a sort of comical punk/grindcore. Should be interesting.
Still waiting to hear back from Lerin.
And it's about time you got on this forum Cody! See you tomorrow dude.
