In another thread, Aaron brought up a great idea to hold regular CrunchyCo meetings. At these meetings we will be able to discuss current projects, keep everyone updated, and set deadlines so that the website and everything we do can go smoothly and efficiently. Aaron proposed we hold a meeting on the 1st and 20th of every month. It would probably be good to have two meetings per month, but I think instead of a specific date, maybe we could just say like the first and third thursday of every month or so that it's always the same day of the week. that way people can plan to have those days available every month. any thoughts? also, as far as who can attend the meeting... meetings should be open to anyone listed on the following page: www.crunchyco.com/staff.htmlThe meeting will always commence as long as it consists of at least Aaron and I, but the rest of the team is always highly encouraged to attend. |

Where? Your place? Might be hard for me to make it down for every meeting, what about one live meeting and one aim chat or whatever?

that's an interesting idea seth. everyone should get webcams, haha. then we could do super nerdy video conferencing. but yeah, online meetings is something to consider for sure.

online meetings is a decent idea.
if it was held at some semi-central location though, i could attend. basically anywhere you can reasonably bus too from seattle.

uh oh! if the meeting are on the 1st and 3rd thursday, that means the first meeting of the month is TODAY!!! the meeting on the contests section would be on the 18th

well that was just an idea. i say thursdays because people usually have stuff going on on fridays. but yeah, if we did that then our first one would be on the 18th.
