he's illogically thinking that since it was a bad experience TWO YEARS AGO, that it will just be a repeat of that experience, which is just absurd! He doesn't really have a logical reason not to play, he's just stubborn!

I've given you better reasons than that!

well, I know it will sound good on this system, and will be magical.
I remember the first time fighter x played at tweek's, i had someone mention that the bass was making the water in the toilet splash their anus hole...
neat.

Ok so here is what is needed. -Crunchy co Grassfest page. So we can add updates to the line up and when people are playing and times and what is going to be for sale so our fellow crunchy co viewers can see that this event is taking place and also so others can be linked to all the events information. Example - www.lollapalooza.com-Start at least on the outline of the flier. We can add the last 1 or 2 none conformed bands right before we finish it. -Once those 2 are done "gabe" I will then go back and message all the bands and post links for the 2 things listed above so they can start getting ready and promoting. Line up thus far - 1. Lerin and Tyler 2. KGHB 3. Substandard 4. Everyone's Hypocrite 5. Invisible Giants 6. Behold the Rolling Thunder 7. The Get 8. Circles 9. Icarus Has Fallen 10. Leeni 11. Solar Opposites 12. World History Unconfirmed bands but very close thus far 1. Sirens Sister 2. Fighter X

www.crunchyco.com/events/grassfest2008.htmlThere. I'll be updating that and fixing it up a lot in the next few days here. Hope to have a flyer made by Sunday or Monday. And I think we should give up on Siren's Sister. They'll probably flake out again anyways.

Didnt we have a huge discussion and decide that Solar Opposites and Icarus were not going to play Grassfest 2008? We already have 11 bands; Gabe how can you completely disregard what we've discussed throughout this thread and forget about our own personal opinions concerning the line up?
Also, on the CrunchyCo Grassfest Overview, the pending line-up seems fine except World Order somehow accidentally was placed at the wrong end; acoustic groups are very nice and should begin the festival. Having World Order play 2nd (after Lerin and Tyler) would be favorable

that order isn't the order of bands playing. we haven't made the schedule yet. and i do think there are too many bands. if we start the show at like 3, i think we have a pretty packed lineup w/o having solar opposites or icarus.
and brandon, what ever happened to dillon warnek!?

It's in Tulalip!? That's news to me! yeah it's technically on the res, but it's still pretty much marysville.

talking to brandon we agreed that solar opposites isn't going to play.
i'd say sirens sister is pretty much a no go too.
if icarus has fallen opens the show, we'll have a line up of exactly 12 bands which would be ideal for time constraints. if the show starts at like 3, 12 bands would run it just past 10 if everything goes smoothly.

Icarus should definantly play, I don't know about solar opposites. I am really for the electronic line up also
