Bringing the chip to Tucson, AZ

So I find myself listening to all this chip tune (I was shown Sabrepulse and then found the awesomeness that is ChrunchyCO). Now I want a show. Anyone else on board to bring some chip tune artists to Tucson, could even have a chip-fest ( The Desert Beat Project?)? could probably get a local venue to house it. Thoughts?

I would love to bring some crunchyco goodness to AZ. The only problem is travel cost. If you were able to lock down a time and place, and guarantee a good enough event turn out to cover most of (if not all of) our travel expenses, we'd be there no sweat. But plane tickets ain't cheap.

Now, if we took a road trip instead, the cost of gas split between us actually would not be much at all. I went to San Diego and back and I personally only paid like $50 (we split costs between four people). AZ would just be a little further. We'd have to also book shows along the way to make the trip worthwhile though, so pretty much we're looking at a west coast tour situation, something we've talked about for a long time. It will definitely happen someday, but it just might be quite awhile as it will take a lot of planning. Perhaps next summer? Who knows.

Right on. Well I'd be down to help with pretty much anything I can. So poster design/distribution, and booking perhaps. Good to know it's a possibility though.
