It's great all together! I reallyyyyyy enjoy the 2nd track the most though. I love Wiklund's style of chiptune.

i think i like the title track wing beats the most. is it just me or do wiklund's tracks seem to have an underwater feel to them? when i listen to this cd i imagine myself inside of some kind of some kind of underwater action/adventure game or something.

interesting theme wiklund has going on with the ep; many of the songs have a similar arpeggiator (is that the right word) and go slightly up a few notes towards the end...
i think if you stare long enough at the front cover while listening to the ep, you may start to feel underwater

Hi, my name is Claudio and Im from sweden too, i know wiklund a little bit i never met him IRL. I also think about underwater when i listen to Wing Beats or even more on Tainted tune. Its because the melody/bass also is on Donkey Kong Country GBC; when you swim under the water. Play it yourself and you will hear it!

it looks like he was talking about DKC for GBC, which i've never seen or played in my life. if something sounds somewhat similar, i'm sure wiklund didn't do it on purpose. sometimes i make up melodies and realize that it's from like some hit song on the radio or something and i'm like "ah fuck!". someone will always compare any music to something else so don't be angry wiklund! :]

One of the best songs I ever wrote used a riff from a Smuggling Chewbacca song, but I wrote it before I ever heard the song.

haha, smugg has good riffs? i don't know if you'd call 'em riffs, more like noises? Brandon's 14 Minute Extravaganza is pretty sweet in the riff department, I thought. "Tony Shalhoub" was an unintentional ripoff. Actually I was trying to play the select menu music from Link to The Past/ Megaman 2
