I have a few suggestions if you're trying to draw a crowd...
-Little Party And The Bad Business (really try for them. it's a good idea)
-The Nextdoor Neighbors (got 2nd in Sound Off this year)
-Say Hi (provided they get paid some)
-Fist Fite (if you really want to shoot for the stars)
-The Oregon Donor, The Lonely Forest, Patient Patient, Madrid, and/or Yes, Oh Yes (You're up north enough that they will draw you a fat crowd. And they're all rad bands. And nice people. Rad. Nice.)
Seriously try them. I also could probably pick out smaller bands, but it looks like you're really trying to make something of this, so yeah.
