uw red square is a GREAT idea. lots of people plan meet ups for stuff there too. so you would get both the typical crowd, and people meeting up for bike clubs/etc. an idea i had that would probably fail to attract too big of a crowd(besides like, people who were pre-invited/saw ads/etc) but look REALLY cool would be 9th and pine, across the street from the paramount theatre in that weird little conrete park area. you guys know those crazy 80's neon signs that are just all over the place there? bad picture, but i couldn't find any others.

yeah uh pretty much every college ever has a red square. Some of them call it a "quadrangle." I don't WSU has one though. I'm pretty sure it's just a barren wasteland. That place with the signs was right near where we were. Only problem is it would only be cool at night, and that little area gets kinda sketch at night.

haha what the hell has been going on?
I actually am far more afraid of drunk white people in Seattle. Or drunk anyone in Seattle. ...Or pretty much anyone in Seattle. Seriously it's a scary place sometimes!

Lo-Tek Resistance @ Pike Place Market09/26/2008 06:00 PM Aaron charge the camera and I'll charge the car battery! This addition of Lo-Tek Resistance features more of the same! McFiredrill and Circles. I know Ill have some new material to play for this one if not played already at Chop Suey Catch us again around the normal 6 o'clock hour from some good old fashioned renegade chiptune! I've heard this location is pretty dangerous with authorities. We're excited to see what happens Also I just got some speakers that are literally almost twice as loud as my old ones! A bigger seat for me and the gang!! Come check it out.

I've heard the only illegal thing we're actually doing is sitting down on the sidewalk. As long as we're not sitting, the 5-0 can't have nothing on us!

AH I see I see. Well apparently McFiredrill has had trouble with some kind of authority around those parts in the past. People that busk there usually have permits or something he said. Boy am I TIEREDEDDD. Tired. Stanwood rave today!

the people i see there usually are homeless people playing sawblades and old guys playing jazz trumpet or something. do they really have permits?
but yeah i think they only thing they could really bust you for is loitering, or maybe disrupting traffic. i dunno, but if they tell you to turn it off, you're done. or you could keep going and see what happens...

If they told us to turn it off and there was a dude with an acoustic guitar within a block, I would say we have a fighting chance to just turn it down and keep playing. As long as we don't blast the speakers, I don't see any difference between us and other street musicians.
'Cept we're not asking for money. If anything that should make us MORE legal...
