This July KGHB will be playing their first out of state show in Murrieta California! It's going to be a house show put together by a handful of awesome KGHB fans who have been waiting like 3 years to see them live! How often do you ask a band to come play someday in your city and then they actually do? Quite exciting. KGHB can't wait!

Something that is really cool about KGHB is that you guys are a local band and are not famous by any means, but you have fans in cali that really wanted you guys to come down. It was kinda on your way so it wasn't that bad, but do you realize what these people must have felt. A band that they really like just came down from washington to play in the living room. And it wasn't like a quick show, meaning you guys didn't play in like jeans and t-shirts, you guys actually dressed up in your costumes and appears that you gave it your all. It looks like a normal KGHB performance. Now I wasn't there so I don't know how it all went but it looks like you guys did the same thing as you would if you were playing a show at a venue. So this experience for those people in murrieta is something that they will remember for a long time.
And I have not seen you guys play since, like grassfest and then before that it was the hole.

yeah we definitely played the murrieta show like we would any other. they'd been wanting to see us play for a long time and we didn't want to disappoint them! Yeah it's kinda cool that we have little pockets of fans all over the place: Murrieta, CA; Murfreesboro, TN; Someplace in NY; etc. I wish we had enough money to fly around and visit them all!

That show sounded really really really bad (our PA was two small guitar amps) I feel kinda bad for the 25 metal heads that had to watch that when there was actually only 1 16 year old boy that enjoyed the show. I think we also have fans somewhere in WA but im not exactly sure where  |

pretty much. but i guess three 16 year old boys is better than an empty room. but heres the real question: which is worse--an empty room or a room full of metalheads?

Metalheads are more liable to break things. Or to beat you up, if they don't like what you're playing.
So I'd say, unless you know at least some of the metalheads will like you, an empty room is better.
